2. Description of Service

Control Trading Lab provides a platform for users to create, backtest, and deploy their own custom trading algorithms. The services include access to historical market data, simulation environments, and connections to live trading markets. All strategies and algorithms created by the user remain the intellectual property of the user. We are not a brokerage firm and do not hold customer funds.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the services in any way that is unlawful, or harms Control Trading Lab, its service providers, its suppliers, its end users, or any other person. You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your trading algorithms and for all materials that appear in your algorithms.

4. Disclaimers

The services are provided "AS IS." We and our suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither we nor our suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the services at your own discretion and risk.
